The Locke Sisters' cousin, Pam Gaskin, will moderate this talk. Mrs. Gaskin is a retired professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and completed Executive Education at the University of Michigan School of Business. Gaskin is a member of the Houston League of Women Voters, the National Congress of Black Women, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District, where she is the Chairman of Finance.
